repair on new?

I have a Project EV home charger installed by OVO appointed engineers in 2021. It has been faultless until recent months where random tripping has now become permanent at both events charger and mains trip.
Do I seek a repair, for which nobody at EV or private adverts seem to want to know. OR...
Do Ovo offer a discount on replacement installation where the wiring already exists?
Should like the idea of having the updated installation with a compatible charger and OVO Charge Anytime account. I do c.12000 miles a year in Ford Mustang Mach EV

    Welcome ​@Ruith , looks like you’re new around here. Or at least… You’ve not been around for a while so if that’s the case, good to see you again! :D

    AFAIK there isn’t a discount for having the wiring already in place, but what is very likely is it’d just be a Standard Installation and a faster job if the wiring is identical.

    Ford kinda fell out with OVO (and almost all other suppliers!) a couple of years ago by rug-pulling everyone, so the EV method for Charge Anytime won’t work for you. If you fancy CA, then you’ll definitely want a compatible Charger.
