Hey @Augim79

The live billing system doesn’t factor this in day to day, and will only reflect any such adjustments like Charge Anytime upon each bill.

If there’s something missing from the bill such as a credit, please do reach out to the team directly so they can take a look. We don’t have access to accounts here at the Forum to check this, however they can take a look for you if need be.

I have taken some info from a handy Forum topic which may also be helpful here;

“All the electricity you use in your home and for smart charging will initially be charged at your standard home electricity rate. This is the rate you’ll see in your balance and on your bill.

At the end of the month, we’ll work out how much energy you've used to smart charge your EV. We'll use this to calculate how much credit we need to add to your account. This will be applied in the following month.”

I hope this helps.

Hi @Augim79 ,

IIRC it’s generally applied as a bill credit - so it takes money off the bill. It doesn’t go directly to account credit per se.

Hi @Blastoise186

   Yeah i get that , but the balance is updated daily ( accordingly to energy used) , so should i see my balance toped up on the bill date by the amount reduced on the bill  with the charge anytime credit ?

It doesn’t actually “top-up” the balance as such, but I strongly recommend you give OVO a call to check your account over. Try 0330 175 9678 in the first instance.
