Indra Smart Charger offline so no Charge Anytime savings

I have been using my Indra smart charger installed by ChargedEV for over a year and  Charge Anytime for some months with no problems. However, the charger went solid red and offline. Attempts to reset it have failed - soid purple meaning stuck at bootup. The boost button doesn't do anything, so having to use a granny charger for our two EVs. Awaiting a call back but they say could be 2 to 3 weeks for service. Meanwhile, I will be charged full price for electricity. I have solar so I can help manage that, but overall this is not very satisfactory. I see something here about an app from OVO for non smart chargers and Anytime, so it's it possible to use that while the charger gets fixed?

Just had instructions from Indra to reset, hopefully will solve. 🤞

follow all steps in order and stick to the time frames of each step

Power off the unit

Power off the router

Leave for 1-2 minutes

Power on the router

It is really important to allow the router to fully load back up without the charger on

Once the router is fully loaded up power on the RCD for the charger

once the charger flashes 2 times purple press and hold the boost button unit the unit flashes orange

Then press the WPS button on the router

Allow 10 to 15 minutes for this to connect and catch up with telemetry.
