How long does it take for the charger to be installed once ordered from OVO?

Hi - does anyone have any experience of the lead in time between placing an order with OVO and getting an EV Charger installed?  Trying to work out if I should use them or use a different company to get this done.

The timeline would be as follows:

 

  1. Compare and choose a charger
  2. Answer some questions to get an accurate quote
  3. Book the installation
  4. We’ll install your charger in as little as three weeks. Please note - installation times may vary depending on engineer availability and District Network Operator (DNO) application time.

It took 14 days from first contact to actual install for me - this was back in April. I might just have been lucky, though...
