How do I add a Premium Plus monthly plan to my account?

Basically as above.

i have tried online but it just says am already on charge anytime and doesn’t give me a option to add a monthly subscription.

i have tried the charge anytime app but that says monthly subscriptions are handle via the website and wants me to login via the website.

went on chat but the person just kept asking what I needed help with.

so am kinda stuck now.

Cracked it.

 

for anyone else. Goto Plan on the left (when logged in) and select that. Then scroll all the way to the bottom and it will say PAYG on your charge anytime, there you can click change.

You should be able to do this via the OVO Charge app or via MyOVO.

If you get stumped, give the team a call on 0330 175 9678 and they’ll sort you out.

You obviously didnt read my post. I cant do it on my Ovo or the charge app. There is no option to add it, it just says am already on charge anytime.

I did read it - the answer I gave is what I felt is the most likely solution.

It seems you might need to try 0330 175 9678 in this case - that team is the one you’re after.
