Hi - does anyone have any experience of the lead in time between placing an order with OVO and getting an EV Charger installed? Trying to work out if I should use them or use a different company to get this done.

Got a response from the team- It’s normally between 2-4 weeks, depending on engineer availability

It’s always worth contacting the manufacturer of the charger or EV (which ever is compatible with us) to see what they can advise.

It took 14 days from first contact to actual install for me - this was back in April. I might just have been lucky, though...
