Charge Anywhere credit not applied to Charging Wallet

I am trying to use the £120 Charge Anywhere credit I get via my Charge Anytime plan.  In the OVO Charge app, the voucher is shown under ‘Your Perks’ and is marked ‘Added’.  But when I view my wallet, the Charging Credit Wallet amount is 0.  Is this correct?

I reached out to the team about this and they said it could be a few things, but it’s likely caused if you’ve created an additional account on the app (ie logged in via a different method so email instead of Apple ID etc) and the credits linked to the other login method. They’ve said the best course of action is for the OVO Charge team to investigate so please do reach out to the team directly about this so they can help get that sorted out.
