I'm currently waiting for my Cupra Born to be delivered which should be within the next 2 months

I've got a Hypervolt home 3 Pro charger installed and was wondering if I can sign up for charge anytime now or do I have to wait until my vehicle has arrived?

I don't want to miss out on charge anytime incase they stop sign ups before my vehicle arrives.

Thanks

Hey @ScoobyDoo

I’m glad to see one of our community members has already stopped by with some helpful advice here.

As they’ve mentioned, because you already have a compatible charger at home, you can get that set up straight away. Then all you’ll need to worry about when the car arrives, is plugging it in to charge.

We have a helpful topic guide which I’ve linked to below which may be helpful if you’re having any trouble getting the Hypervolt set up with Charge Anytime:

I hope this helps, do let us know if you’ve got any other questions.🙂

Howdy @ScoobyDoo !

Since you’ve already got the Charger, the answer to that one is yup! Please feel free to set things up now via your Charger - that way you’ll be all set when the vehicle arrives. Grab the Charge Anytime app and you can get started immediately.

I can confirm that Hypervolt support is here for the long run - it’s not going away anytime soon!

That's great. Thanks for the information. I've got some free miles so as soon as the extra are added on the 1st July I'll get signing up.

Its good to know that the support for the Hypervolt is here for the long run 👍

No worries.

The only reason Ohme support is ending is purely down to the fact they didn’t keep up with required changes to make sure it continues working properly in the future - Hypervolt already did that because IIRC they hit the ground running with the new methods from day 1, so you should be good.

I’ve also heard that Hypervolt seems to be the most reliable and easiest to work with integration out of all of the ones OVO currently supports, so that may help give you some reassurance.
