To update all Forum Members who are part of the Mercedes Beta Pilot:
Thank you to everyone who’s given feedback about the Charge Anytime pilot for Mercedes. We’re really sorry about the issues that some people are experiencing, such as the 50% charging problem. We’re working hard on resolving them, and we’ll share any new developments on the Forum as soon as we have them.
If the issues you’re facing are making you feel that the Charge Anytime add-on isn’t right for you at this stage, you can opt-out of the pilot while we work on improvements.
To opt-out of the Mercedes Beta Pilot:
- Open the OVO Charge Anytime app
- Click on the "Account" tab in the bottom right
- Click on the User icon in the top left
- Click the "Delete account" link
- Select a reason for leaving and click "Continue"
Your app account will now be deleted and there will be no further connection or interaction between your car and the OVO system. Please note that you’ll still be credited for any smart charging you’ve done up to this point.
