Hi All,

I noticed my monitor isn't connecting to the meter, I have tried moving it closer but it still shows an  on the display. do I need to phone contact support?

I see you have a Geo IHD. Please grab me all the status codes you see in the System Status menu for each item - if you select them, it’ll show you the code. I can use that to diagnose the issue at hand.

System status not connected to meter network: code 22-0

Electrical meter connected to meter but not receiving a meter data: code 28-2

Gas meter connected to meter but not receiving a meter data: code 29-2

Got it, thanks.

My diagnosis goes two ways. Either the IHD isn’t properly paired, or the Comms Hub isn’t working properly. The 22-0 code is the one that gave it away. Please tell me what the five lights on the Comms Hub are doing - SW, WAN, MESH, HAN and GAS.
