I’ve recently (15/10/2023) Tado smart thermostat from OVO. The bridge unit is faulty, I have discussed with Tado and they will replace the bridge but I need a copy of the invoice as proof of purchase. Lots of searching and email checks I cannot find any invoice.  Any help would be appreciated. Thank you. Feeling pretty demoralised as I feel like it is being made deliberately awkward to resolve!

Oh no! That’s not good!

Try sending an email to smarthome@ovoenergy.com for this one. I think they’ll either be able to dig into OVO’s archives, or get another team to dig deep. The more info you can provide about the purchase, the easier it’ll be for OVO to locate the order.
