There’s still around £130 million worth of unclaimed EBSS Prepayment Vouchers out there. The deadline to get them redeemed is looming and they’ll all expire at 23:59 on the 30th June 2023. If you don’t redeem them all by then, I’m afraid they’ll get Banana Genes and go rotten, oh no!

If you’ve still got a few that you’ve not used yet, now is the perfect time! You’ll still get the full £400 by doing so as long as you redeem the Vouchers onto your Electric Key or Gas Card by the 30th June 2023. Don’t worry about putting it straight on the meter if it’s got too much credit left - as long as it’s on the Key/Card, that’s perfectly fine but please transfer the credit to the meters as soon as you can.

If you didn’t get your Vouchers yet, need replacements for lost vouchers or you need a hand to redeem them, please call OVO immediately on 0330 175 9669 or Live Chat via https://help.ovoenergy.com and the PAYG Support Team will help you out. Vouchers can be replaced and reissued for free if needed. :)

Unfortunately, from the 1st July 2023 the Vouchers will no longer work and OVO won’t be able to help you get the £400.
