Can normal electricians help me with my OVO smart meter or does it have to be an OVO employee? Just wondering as I don’t think it is working properly.

The smart meter and associated seals are OVO property and so can’t be interfered with by others. That’s for security of supply 


There are also NO field-serviceable parts either. The meter has to go back to the manufacturer if repairs are needed.

What do you mean by “faulty”?
