My Chameleon In Home Display (IHD) is only displaying my gas usage and not electricity. Signal is good and everything else is working ok but electricity usage is not showing. Any ideas please

If your Chameleon IHD is not displaying correct usage for both supplies, please check the following:
- Ensure the IHD is near the Electricity meter.
- Check the Wifi symbol on the IHD, if this is flashing or has a line through it then the IHD is out of range or disconnected, our Support team can unpair and repair the device, which might fix this connection issue.
- Check the usage info on your online account or OVO app (download for Android or iOS). If there’s no info showing for this fuel here this could indicate a communication issue between OVO and your smart meter. In which case complete a smart meter health check for your meter type below and reach out to our Support team for further help:
