Can anyone tell me why I have gone from £20 electricity per week to £100 per week 2 pensioners and a cat in a 2 bed house usage is the same cook once a day laundry once/twice a week dont put the heating on as too scared,my smart meter is eating my pension help

A great first step is to check your online account to see if your usage has gone up, which might explain those higher bills. Have you also checked when your account last received a meter reading? That information should be available online if you can access it. If you don’t have online access, feel free to give our Support Team a call!
