electricity data unavailable smart meter
 

what does this mean

live in flat, actually meter is in cupboard - before we got smart meter

can anyone help me please

Could it be that IHD (In-Home Display) isn’t connected to smart meter? So, IHD has no data to display.

I’m glad to see some of our community members and Chris_OVO have already stopped by here with some helpful questions and advice to try and figure this one out.

 

It would be really helpful if you could share a photo of what you’re seeing exactly so we can make sure we’re suggesting the correct steps if a fix is required.

 

Costeek raised a good point about the IHD that I was questioning myself having read you’d mentioned the meter was already in the cupboard before the smart meter, which makes me wonder if the smart meter you mention is the In-Home Display (IHD).

 

If you could answer the questions asked by Chris_OVO and a photo, that’d be really helpful.🙂
