Hi, I’ve been off supply again all day, (all night earlier in the week) an SMSL engineer was due before 6. OVO told me I could reach them till 8, I can’t, online chat said they would call me at 6, another lie. Does anyone have a number for SMSL? I can’t go another night without power.

Is this sorted now? Are you pay as you go or pay monthly?
If your smart meter has no electricity or gas supply
If you have no electricity, check the following on your meter:

Your isolation switch is in the ‘on’ position.

Your meter ‘wakes up’ when you press B. If not, there may be no incoming supply due to a power cut.

All fuses are in the ‘on’ position. If not, it indicates an appliance on this circuit has tripped it.
If all of the above looks ok yet your whole home is still without power, call us and we’ll look into it.
If the loss of power isn’t down to a power cut or issue with your fuse box, there’s a chance that it might be an issue with your meter for which we’d have to arrange an emergency meter replacement. If
