Hi @Trebor54 , it sounds like they still have your old meter on the record. It can take a while for the details to update I believe

I recently got a smart meter installed. Once  a month I was used to read the status of my electricity and my gas. The engineer set them both to zero when he installed the smart meter. I know want to see, how much gas and electricity I used since. I can see that for the electricity but not for gas. Is that me being stupid or is that a bug by design?

The Inhouse Display doesn’t help either.

Who knows more?

Please post clear photos of the electricity meter, the gas meter and the IHD. Then someone will be able to help you find your gas readings.
