Hello @PeterR1947 @Transparent

Thanks for this information, the mystery of the titles now seems to make some sense. Pity I haven’t got solar though.

Do you know how I can read the different tariffs, that is daytime usage, nightime usage separately?

Thanks

TyGwyn

Hi @TyGwyn - if you have a two rate meter you can get the separate readings by pressing button 7!

Ok, try pressing 9 on each of the two meters. What happens when you do that?

Could you also confirm who your supplier is please? This may help us improve our advice

Hi

I will try that tomorrow thanks

Who is y supplier ? ..Now that's a question lol

it could be Scottish power who i actually signed up with as required because they atm supply the property

It could also be British Gas , who due to a system error on their part took over the supply the day after so who knows ?, I've been told by BG that i need to open a temp acc for 28 days , their mistake and i have to rectify it ..SP said i don't and to just leave it and in 28 days it will revert back to them automatically , im not having much luck am i lol

username change coming soon btw 😂

Ok, thanks. You can’t change your username yourself, but any forum moderator can do it for you on request. Simply PM them if you have a PM thread open at https://forum.ovoenergy.com/inbox/overview or shoot an email to forum@ovoenergy.com from your registered forum email address with the username you’d like to go for. All your stuff will be migrated as well so you won’t lose it.

For your electric, use https://www.energynetworks.org/customers/find-my-network-operator to find the DNO and then use the relevant DNO tool to look up the supplier. For gas, simply use https://findmysupplier.energy .

Today our smart meters were read by Morrisons. Ever since they are blank,  but we still have supply. I've tried chatting to OVO and they are as much help as a chocolate teapot😱 Does anyone know how we can get the data back please? We've tried pushing the buttons, but to no avail.

Sorry if my question is not allowed.

Hi @DonnaSwan ,

What data are you trying to get back?

A picture of the meter(s) would help begin the process @DonnaSwan

Hey @DonnaSwan

Sorry to hear this. Are you referring to the in home display or the meters themselves?

If your smart meter screen isn’t ‘waking up’ when you press the appropriate buttons & you think it may be faulty our support team can arrange a meter exchange:
