Hello, I am new to Power Move and few weeks ago I was given 30 minutes of free electricity one day. It said I would get a credit on my next bill but have not seen anything yet, just was wondering if anyone could tell me when I would expect it? Also I filled in a form when joining and it said I would £5 credit but  nothing has appeared. Thank you.

An update from our Power Move team:

Summaries will be sent out this week, any free elec used last month gets credited this month

Hope this helps 😁

Normally any credits are applied the following month.

I think OVO add up the credit that you have earned at the end of each calendar month then apply it to your next bill.

I don’t understand it at times l haven’t seen when you get credit from reducing electricity or less it’s me. have done the opt in today as l am not out at the moment. but if other people saying you get it at the end of the month etc. maybe that is correct.

I put the washing machine on at 9.00 this morning, and received an email sent at  10.08 saying there was a power -up event between 12 and 1 when I happened to be out. The short notice of these events doesn't work for me
