My tickets are not showing in the ovo or axs app which I got from Ticketmaster and I go in 6 days what do I do as can’t seem to speak to anyone

Please have a word with AXS about that one!

They’re best placed to dig the details. It could just be that the promotor for your event is evil and only releases the tickets two days ahead - it has been known.

OVO is basically just the current brand sponsor/partner of the OVO Arena Wembley - it’s not actually owned or operated by OVO per-se so OVO’s teams can’t assist with this one.

Hello! I bought tickets for a concert that is tonight, i got an email 2 days ago asking me to download the ovoarena app, but my tickets arent in this OR the axs app despite using matching email address to my seetickets account - when i go to verify my email on ovo arena no email comes through to my email, so i cannot authorise this.

 

neverthehless i have no tickets on my axs account either :(

 

the concert is tonight and im worried! pls help

that phone number doesnt work it says phone line is closed, i’m emailed and on the chat but its a bot so it’s pretty unhelpful

Apologies for the delay - I got held up with other things.

I’d strongly recommend you head direct to the Box Office when you reach the venue. They should be able to sort this out. Please take your Order ID and Photo ID with you as they’ll need that to verify the order.
