Power Move Flex survey not working

We had an email on 10th July welcoming us to the Power Move Flex trial.

Within this email was a link to a survey that apparently will give us £5 credit for answering some questions.  I’ve used the link and answered the few questions, but the ‘Submit’ button doesn’t submit the answers...the page jumps back to the first question about age groups is all that happens.  The question is answered.

Tried on Android and Windows devices.  Anyone else have this problem?

An update on this issue- the issue should now be fixed 😊

No l don’t know where it would have said that just said would l like to join power move flex. l have done them this week as l am off might be different when l am back at work.

If a form like that keeps jumping back then it’s usually because of a “wrong” answer.

The answer may not be wrong at all but may just be not what the computer is expecting you to put in the box as the input.

(Or of course there may be an error and no answer would be accepted).

For example there is one of the Universal Credit forms about income where if you have no income you have to put in the box “0.00”. (Zero Pounds and Zero pence).

If doesn’t tell you that of course and  if you just put “0” then it won’t let you submit that page. and sends you right back to the begining if you do try and submit.

It doesn’t even send you back to the “wrong” answer to give you a clue which one it is, just rignt back to the begining.
(Throw a six to start again, do not pass go, etc.)

It took me a day and a half to work that one out when I voluntary migrated myself to UC.

I have raised this to the team who have advised this has been identified as an issue and they are working through the problem & a remedy for this. 

I’ll keep you posted when I get an update.
