I have taken part in all the power move flex events and achieved credit in most. However there has been no credit applied to my latest bill (dec-jan)?

Hi
Thanks for your message. Our Power Move team have advised ‘if they got the bill before the credits were applied it'll show on the next bill, but they should be able to see it in the payments section of their OVO account I believe’. Hopefully this should answer your question too
