I received an email yesterday stating that in July for Power Flex move I had shifted 1.6kWh electricity but had earned 0 hours free electricity over July.
On 30 July saying I had an email with my Power Move Flex results stating that from 21 to 27 July I had shifted 1.22kWh and had earned 1 hour free electricity.
On 8 August I received an email stating that I had shifted 0.44kWh on 28 July.
Both emails stated that I would receive a bill credit at the end of the month.
The two added together amount to 1.66kWh as per the email I received yesterday.
So why did the email yesterday state that I had earned 0 hours free electricity in July.
The emails are contradictory and does that mean I won’t receive any credit?
Perhaps someone might know the answer?
