power Move reduction

Good Morning 

just asking why has my power move gone down from 6 yesterday to 5 today ?? 
any ideas please

Are you looking at the “Summary” section within the Power Move area of the app? 

 

This section shows you how many entries you’re on track for, it’s not a guarantee as it’s being updated daily to reflect more recent days usage. It should show you the date in the top left hand corner of the box like below, your average peak usage %, and the number of entries you’re on track for like below:

 

Exact appearance and values may vary

 

You can view in the “Chart” section what the peak use % was for each day as shown below which might give you an indication of what day might have had higher peak usage:
