ticket progress

Hello,

I bought 2 Ken Carson tickets for the 16/03/26 event, this was on 18/12/25 have an email showing details of them on Ticketmaster but cannot see anything on AXS or OVO apps and I am concerned (edited by moderator).

I need confirmation please that will get these two tickets, also took out insurance? 

I await your confirmation on the same.

Hi ​@Sen ,

Please have a word with AXS and Ticketmaster for that one! It could be the tickets aren’t ready to show yet, but they’re best placed to help with that.

Sorry to hear about this, though I am glad to see Blastoise186 has already stopped by with some really helpful advice here.

 

No one at OVO has access to Ticketmaster systems so you’ll likely need to contact AXS for this. The following similar topic may also be helpful here:

 

 

If the insurance was provided by Ticketmaster, you may need to contact them about that directly, they do have an email service here which you can submit your question to.
