Problem with new account in OVO Arena Wembley App


I signed up today in the OVO ARENA Wembley app, to receive tickets from Ticketmaster, but when I press "Access your tickets" or "Forgot Password?", I get the message "Sorry, Something Went Wrong". I am an Italian user and my email domain is "tiscali.it". I cannot use a different email because I have to use the same one previously used on TicketMaster. What can I do? Thank you

Try sending an email to customerservices@ovoarena.co.uk as I think they can help with that.

I am also having issues and I can access my tickets through axs app not ovo wembley arena. Would that still be valid? I have already sent an email though to their customer service about something else and no response.

Want the good news?

The answer to that is… Yup! As long as you can generate a valid barcode via either the OVO Wembley OR AXS app, you’re good to go. The venue staff will accept either one as their scanners can automatically verify them anyway.

The fact you said you can see the tickets in the AXS app is exactly what you’re after - simply bash the button to view the barcode and it should come right up.
