I top up my pay as you go meter payment has been comfirmed but  money is not showing on meter help

Sorry to hear what’s happened here. If it’s a smart meter you can enter the long number from the receipt into the meter to put the top up on manually. You can find out more in this guide:

 

 

If you’ve got a traditional key/card meter, then you may have a fault with either the meter or the key/card itself. In this scenario I’d recommend speaking to our Support Team:
