No gas and multiple failed appointments, what should I do?

I was switched over 6 weeks ago never recieved a card 5 engineer appointments have been missed in 3 days I'm now going into day 4 with no gas any idea what I can do? 

6 weeks they keep telling me a card is being posted now engineer's aren't turning up spent hours upon hours on the phone and waiting for no one 😢

I’m really sorry to hear this,

 

If you’re off supply and unable to top up they should be able to book you in for an emergency appointment. I feel like if emergency appointments keep failing there must be something going wrong. I’d advise contacting the support team to investigate further, it may be that your contact number or address is incorrect. 

 

If it’s not a meter fault is it possible for them to give you discretionary credit to get back onto supply?

Yes 4th day of contacting them 5 missed appointments so far!
