Re-enable your Landis & Gyr electricity smart meter by following these steps

If your credit has run out and your supply has switched off, once you have credit on the meter again you'll need to re-enable your supply.

In this short video we'll show you how to re-enable the electricity supply on your Landis & Gyr (L+G) meter. Before you begin make sure you’ve switched off all appliances.

If you’re off supply and unable to reconnect following the steps outlined in the video, please contact our Support Team directly.

As it’s Electricity, the IHD can be used to reconnect if memory serves.

Otherwise, assuming the credit balance is positive:

  1. Press B when the screen says “Press B for Electricity”
  2. Press B again
  3. Supply is on when you see “Supply Enabled”

You can find our video series on how to re-enable supply through each meter type in the topic below:

Hi @flipflop,

I’m sorry to hear this.

I can see our forum volunteer has already given some good advice here. Have you managed to get this sorted now?
