Hi @Raineyjo ,

Gonna be a bit honest here… EVs and PAYG Electricity Meters are a recipe for disaster. I’d strongly recommend moving to Pay Monthly via Direct Debit so you can access Charge Anytime - it’ll be a LOT cheaper for you! Otherwise your credit will burn down fast.

Please contact OVO Support to make the arrangements if you want to move over - they’ll set you up.

Hey @Raineyjo

I’m glad to see Blastoise186 has already stopped by with some helpful advice here.

I would also add that as per the Charge Anytime terms of eligibility you do have to be a pay monthly customer; 5.1.1 You’re an existing OVO energy pay monthly customer and pay by direct debit – you can be on any compatible OVO tariff (and either supplied with both fuels or electricity only).

You can find out more, including full eligibility details for Charge Anytime on the terms and conditions page here.

If you do wish to switch over to pay monthly, Blastoise186 has left the contact details for the Support Team who’ll help get you switched over.😊

Do let us know if you go ahead with the change and how you get on.
