I can get onto my OVO account online, but I can’t see any of my personal details..

Is OVO working on a new Web Page?

If you're having trouble accessing your personal information in the app, don’t worry—I've got a couple of handy tips for you:

 

1. Check for Updates: First, make sure your app is up to date. Sometimes, older versions don't show everything correctly.

2. Reinstall the App: If you're still running into issues, try deleting the app from your phone and then reinstalling it. This will give you a fresh version, which can often clear up any pesky bugs.
