Logged in to check your online account or OVO app (download for Android or iOS) on a device which isn’t yours? Don’t forget to logout!
On the browser version of the Homepage, you’ll notice a ‘Logout’ button in the top right hand corner. This same ‘Logout’ button can be found by clicking on the ‘Menu’ if using the OVO app.
As expected clicking ‘Logout’ will log you out of the account, keeping all your energy details safe from whoever might use the computer or device next.
