On 7th March emailed OVO with two queries. The first was about my incomprehensible bill with several unexplained additions other than the cost of energy. The second was about being unable to create a login account. My agent gave my details connected to the property when they moved me to OVO. However I am unable to create an account even using the slightly different details my agent used!
With no reply within the 2 days listed so after three days I emailed again and still no reply!
I have been getting 03 phone calls which stop ringing after about 5 seconds but managed to get to one a week or two ago. However when I mentioned my emails the phone went silent so gave up after a minute or two of silence!
I just had an 03 call this morning but was in another room so again the phone was silent when I picked it up!
