I managed to get a code for a free Costa coffee, it was in fact a gift card for £4. However after downloading the QR code and turning up at a Costa and placing my order the code didn’t work at their till. They said read out the gift card number and they would type it in but the QR code does not have a number shown with it.
has anyone successfully managed to get this to work?

Thanks Abby_OVO, it looks like you edited your reply…but i followed the instructions you had put in the first reply and went to Prezzee.uk and swapped the £4 Costa Gift card for…a £4 Costa Gift card…ridiculous as it sounds.
But now at least I get what really looks like a Costa gift card and has the number underneath the QR code.
I’m glad you replied, as when I contacted Prezzee they wanted to know the order number, which of course I don’t have.
So if anyone else has the same problem they need to create a Prezzee account and swap their ‘gift card’ for a real one.

I checked in with the Beyond team about this one, they said the process may differ depending on when you got the voucher. If you could let me know when that was, I’ll pop back with some further instruction.

Glad to hear you got that sorted, the team had suggested that, but then if the voucher was only received yesterday, the instructions would have been different so we wanted to check first just in case.

Interested to read these comments. After weeks of trying, I’ve just managed to get a useable gift card (well I think so, I haven’t tried to use it yet….).
I don’t think I’ve ever experienced such a convoluted way to receive a gift card!
