Clarifying of Outstanding Bills

I have been emailing ovo at hello@ovoenergy.com for the outstanding bills. Property was leased out in mid November and contract was terminated. However, it seems Ovo is still billing me. Beside the above email, how can I still reach out to the for clarifications?

Thanks Ben. In the statements I received, it shows that my contract end date was 19th November. However I was still billed beyond this date. Prior to that I have topped up almost £100 which should be enough to cover. Is there a way I can contact the billing department as hello@ovoenergy.com has not replied me since Nov.
