I have a large credit on my account for gas and electricity supplies,

please can I have a refund of some of this amount?

If you have too much credit in the account, then sure thing - you can actually do this yourself.

Head over to https://my.ovoenergy.com or use the OVO Energy app and you can request a refund of up to £500. Want more back than that? Please ask OVO Support for help and they can arrange it for you.

You need to leave at least one month of credit at all times.
