boiler bundle not showing for existing customers

I cannot see the boiler bundle for existing customers on the app or the web. When I spoke to OVO customer service they said it was being resolved (3 weeks ago) Any suggestions ?

Don’t panic - this Blastoise sometimes wakes up at 2am and replies randomly at weird hours! Feel free to reply at a time you’re actually awake.

Are you able to clarify which one you mean? Just helps us to give you the right info.

On the assumption you may be referring to the 1 Year Fixed + Boiler Cover tariff, I’ve asked internally about this for you. As per ​@Blastoise186’s question, please let me know whether I’ve got this right, or whether you’re referring to something else/

Some more news. If your post is regarding the 1 Year Fixed + Boiler Cover tariff, then this tariff is only available for one year, and can’t be renewed. If you’re on this tariff, and are up for renewal, you’ll need to renew onto any available OVO tariff. You can then reach out to the Boiler Cover team to discuss renewal of your cover. Their contact details can be found here.
