Put a line of text onto the summary part of the bill to say an entry for energy bills support scheme (EBSS) payment is in 'Charges Detail'

The extra detail looked useful. Wonder what the B version looks like. 

In my experience, many (most?) users don’t know how to check their energy bills. With this latest update and trying to follow double entry bookkeeping with (in) (out) credit/debit items it can be a problem. From what I’ve seen, the biggest thing that’s missed is the current month’s billing where any credit applied gets succumbed by charges as they accrue. 

I can’t easily force the system to show me the other side during an experiment. It’s hard enough to force it to show me one side if I don’t get selected initially! :)

I rarely reveal the details of active experiments either to avoid disrupting them. OVO is probably aware that I’ve figured out the system though!

It can take a bit longer to get used to OVO’s ways of doing things than elsewhere, but at the same time it also helps a lot if users actually spend the time looking at it properly, rather than just looking it at it for less than one second and then making assumptions.
