To address an issue that has been going on for a long time including multiple complaints to the Energy Ombudsman

Thanks for posting this, @Jeffus.

 

I’ve seen a similar idea relating to reading disputes. Like that idea, the initialising of the action (in this case an engineer appointment) might be complicated as a self service tool. But not impossible by any stretch. There’s a lot of checks and questions to ask someone for an engineer visit. 

 

Having some kind of way to track the gas meter details update (and most importantly prevent erroneous charges like what @M.isterW had) is a really good use case. I’ll change this idea to ‘open for votes’.

This would be a great idea but OVO really need to fix their process first. If they do that you wouldn't need to track your meter removal as there wouldn't be any delays.
