issues with electric Blanket

Hi, 

i received an electric blanket a few months ago very grateful has I suffer from ME  & various chronic illnesses it never really got warm had to have it on 9 now wont work at all contacted OVO but they say need to come to the forum for help, so here it is Help no idea who to contact!

I’ll grab ​@Ben_OVO for that one. OVO Support is supposed to be able to do this as well, so I’m not sure why they redirected you here. But yes, we do have the ability to get replacements sent out via the Forum Moderators.

@Abbs51 thanks for your post. If you haven’t already, please could you try unplugging the blanket, and then plugging it back in. This needs to be done when the safety cut off kicks in, in order to get the blanket switched on again.

Hi Ben,

I have done this also tried different plug sockets the Blanket hadn’t been used for day or so, it never really got warm from the start had to have it on 9 before the slightest of warmth.
