I have an outstanding problem concerning FIT payments for several periods whilst my smart meter was faulty and subsequently replaced. Despite sending numerous emails and trying to make contact by phone, I am getting no answers or response. Is there a problem at OVO

I got my statements for August to December emailed to me yesterday.  It says I'll be paid within 4 weeks (why so long?). We'll see.....


Hey @StillWaiting Glad to hear you’ve made progress with that and you’ve had some of the payment through. Keep us updated with the rest in June/July.

 

@Shelagh2401 Glad to hear you’ve had the statement through, do let us know when that comes in to you, we’ll be glad to know it’s all been sorted then.

For those still suffering with OVO, I switched to Octopus and when the end of March readings were due I had an email from Octopus with a link to put in my readings, I gave my readings on the 29th March and today the money is in my bank account!

 

So much better…
