I have OVO’s Boiler Cover, which includes annual servicing. Last year, I had to file a complaint to ensure the engineer arrived on time. Unfortunately, this year has been no different—Corgi customer service has been unhelpful, mentioning booking slots and cannot do servicing within the first six months of policy renewal, despite no reference to this in the policy document. Has anyone else experienced similar issues with OVO’s boiler cover?
Calling OVO’s customer service hasn’t been helpful either.

Your policy documents should state which month we'll complete your annual boiler service by, and an engineer will be in touch directly to arrange a suitable appointment with you. I have OVO cover for annual Service I don’t have a repair contract
Ive had a good experience for my annual service. I did have to contact OVO in the beginning,to ensure they came and did the service when I wanted it done. as I have a new boiler, I explained, it needs to be serviced within the parameters of my guarantee or the guarantee would/could be void. Customer Service where very helpful and arranged convenient date.for an engineer to visit. No hassle. Shame you’re having these issues, other than contacting customer service I don’t know how you will resolve this. Good luck for the future.
