It appears to be working OK here - although I will note that the 2.8% showing in this shot appears to be from Wednesday last week . (By my reckoning I’m now at 3.6%)
@Day have you checked that your smart meter is still communicating and sending ½hr data when requested? If you go to ‘Usage’ in the app and select ‘Day’ is it showing you the half hour usages?

No such luck on my end yet @Nukecad but I checked and it doesn’t show me the HHR just one daily reading. Still holding my breath for the team to have a response soon for the young man thats been trying to help me.
At the moment my PM usage this month is at 5.8% (10 entries) with a couple of days left.
TBH my own calc shows me at 6.2 this morning, I’m in the pub so might last out till after 7 before cooking, but it will cost me another pint so more than £2 reward. 🤣
