Howdy!

If you’ve had the letter but no credit yet, please reach out to OVO.

If the letter says you don’t need to take action or provide more information, OVO can check the system to see what’s going on.

If the letter has more instructions, please complete those first.

If you’re eligible for the scheme, your letter will confirm you do not need to do anything. Your electricity supplier will apply the discount to your bill by 31 March 2026.

If you need to give more information, your letter will tell you to call the helpline by 28 February 2026 to confirm your details.

Have you checked your bills? Mine was applied a week before I received my letter. If you still haven’t got it, the best way would be to reach OVO Customer Support.

Hey @Linda66

Welcome to the Forum, I’m glad to see a few of our community members have already stopped by with some really helpful advice here.

If you’ve not checked the recent bills from us already, please do so as it may already have been applied as costeek suggested.

All payments due to be paid should be applied before 31 March as our users have also suggested. The Support Team are able to track the status of the application/payment, so if you still have any concerns heading towards the 31 March, please do reach out to the team for some further assistance.

For more information on the Warm Home Discount, check out the Government page here, or our topic below:

I hope this helps.😊
