The OVO Forum team is proud to announce the release of our new feature - The Library!
We’ve listened to feedback and recommendations from our community members and Plan Zero Heroes (Super Users). We’ve created this great new tool to help you get the answers you’re looking for, fast.
What is The Library?

The Library is a one-stop-shop to help you find specific answers and information for the most commonly asked questions we get at OVO. The Forum is packed with thousands of articles and topics, so sometimes it can be difficult to find an answer quickly. The Library, accessed via the Forum Homepage, has been designed to make finding answers easier. It’s broken down into six main sections:
Clicking into any of these main six sections will open up a list of relevant categories and sub-categories including articles which will answer your FAQ’s. Simply click on an article to open it in your browser.
On the right hand side of the screen we’ve also included a navigation list so that you can easily access other areas of The Library.
We value your help and support to make continuous improvements
We’ll continue to make changes and improvements to The Library when necessary, and we always appreciate any feedback or ideas you have that’ll help us do this. Whether you’ve found an article helpful or unhelpful we’d love to know. You can tell us by using the ‘yes’ and ‘no’ buttons at the bottom of each article:
Lastly, if you haven’t found the answer to what you need in The Library or the wider Forum, please feel free to ask the community. We’re always here to help.
If you’d like to give us feedback on the Library articles you use, suggest updates or highlight content you think is missing from this space, you can fill in our anonymous survey here.
You can find the links for posting a new Forum question, conversation or idea at the bottom of each article in The Library. It’ll look a little something like this:

We hope you’ll find this a useful new tool! We’d be happy to hear any feedback or recommendations in the comments below.
