The Beyond offer is for customers who don’t already have Charge Anytime. If you already use Charge Anytime, you won’t be eligible.

Our Beyond EV Reward allows eligible customers to bank up to 100 free miles a month over 2 years (up to a maximum 2,400 miles) which can then be redeemed when a customer signs up to Charge Anytime. Free miles can be redeemed at any time over the 2 year period and for 3 years after. Free miles must be redeemed in one go and are payable as account credit within 30 days of redemption. Credit will depend on number of miles banked when redeemed and then current Charge Anytime rate. Charge Anytime requires a compatible charger or EV (see Charge Anytime terms for details). Mileage calculation based on average sized EV requiring 1kWh per 4 miles. Actual miles obtained depends on type of vehicle, driving style, weather and other factors. Terms and eligibility criteria apply. For more details see here.

Hey @Cdones26,

We’ve seen something similar recently where if the user has changed the font sizes on their device/phone it moves the acceptance box out of reach. Could you let me know if you’ve got a larger text size on your phone as i’ll need to flag this to the team to let them know we’ve came across another issue with this. They’ll work on a fix for this and it might be the case as a workaround that you may need to make the text smaller to accept and then change it back.

If you can let me know your thoughts on the above and i’ll take it away and get some help with it.

@wkeithg It does say on the acceptance card at the bottom section that the user is accepting that they’re not a Charge Anytime customer 🙂

Hey @Cdones26,

Are you able to post a screenshot of any error messages and I can ask the team to take a look for you? What happens when you try to sign up for the offer?

No error message.  Just doesn't go anywhere.  See below. Does nothing from there. Thanks.

👍 I probably didn’t read that and it let me join - would be better if it didn’t let you do it.
