Hi,
I have an MG4.
Since Monday I am getting the message in the Charge Anytime app that the car is not connected. As a result I have only been able to charge by using Boost.
The charger is online and working fine. Its an Indra Smart Pro. Nether the less I have restarted it and re synced to WiFi just in caseÂ
I have deleted a reinstalled the app. The car is communicating with the MG4 app.
Any suggestions of what else I could try please?

Have you tried deleting your charge anytime account and re-registering?
Download the OVO Charge app from the App Store or Google Play.

No I did see that option but was worried it may cause a problem with getting back registered. If that's straightforward I will give it a go. Thank you!
+1I had the same issue yesterday - my charger is the Indra. I called the support line and they recommended deletion and it worked. Let us know how you get on.
It seems to have worked. The app is certainly syncing to the correct day and time now. The battery is currently full so will test later today. Thank you for your help. Setting Charge Anytime up again was easy!
