Why is my Indra Gen 2 only charging 2kw not 7.5kw?

Normally charging 7kw but suddenly dropped to 2kw and cannot get it back to 7kw?

I have Skoda Enyaq

From what Indra has told me previously, this is probably going to require some diagnostics on their end. Could you give them a shout?

Figured it out ...just turned my car OFF without anything plugged in etc..left it for 30 minutes and tried again.

It's great to hear that you were able to resolve the issues. You're right; if you turn off the car and leave it unplugged for 30 minutes, that will give the system enough time to reset and prepare for the next charging session.
