I am going through the process of setting up my Ovo Charge Anytime Account .

I have got to the stage where I am instructed to cancel the Charge Anytime add-on from my Ovo account app, but I have an error message saying it couldn't be done.

Thanks.

Just checked some resources, you’ll want to have a word with the Charge Anytime team directly about this. They’re really busy at the moment, so you may want to email chargeanytime@ovo.com to avoid waiting on the phone.

Howdy @Rob7796 !

I could do with a bit more info to help figure this one out. Are you trying to set up Charge Anytime for the first time, or are you migrating it from one setup to another? If it’s the latter, what are you migrating from and to?

Hi,

I'm setting it up for the first time, following the instructions from OVO. I have been 'forced' into doing this m, as my charger in Ohme.

Ok, one last thing - what EV are you trying to connect? I’ll see if I can get some advice on this in the meantime in the background, so please bear with me.

I just found this by the way - this might be the one you need to disconnect, rather than the OVO side: https://ohme-ev.com/support/how-to-disconnect-my-account-from-my-ohme-charger/

You’ll probably need to rebuild your Ohme account, OR ask for their team to disconnect Charge Anytime.

I’ve asked for help to double check this, bear with me!

It's a 2021 Seat Leon ehybrid.

I'm also getting this screen showing continually. I've checked all the location settings etc.

Thanks.
